There is always at least one teacher from the school + a local KOA coordinator.

Yes. Everything is flexible — dates, pace, language, level, and interests.
Our trips are designed for students aged 12 to 18.
Yes. We organize activities with local students (workshops, meetups, non-alcoholic parties...).
Yes. We adapt the program to match what your students are learning in class.
Minimum age: 6 years old at departure.
Older travelers (aged 23 and up) will need to pay a small adult supplement and any applicable room-type upgrades.
Adults (23+):
Default accommodation is twin rooms unless a single room is selected and paid for.
Single room upgrades are available, with fees applied.
Students (22 and under):
Rooms are shared (3–4 students of the same gender).
Beds may be single or double.
Twin room upgrades are optional and available for an additional fee.
If you need to cancel, please reach out via email.
Missing a payment deadline may result in cancellation and applicable fees.
Refunds, if due, will be issued once payment is confirmed — processing may take several weeks, depending on timing.
We welcome travelers with diverse needs and do our best to accommodate them.

Alternate Departure Airports: You can choose a different departure city during enrollment — for an extra service fee.
Group Payments: Use our Group Check Form to allocate funds conveniently.
Family & Faculty Discount: Eligible participants receive a 10% discount on the tour fee (other fees apply).
Minor Consent Forms: Some countries require notarized approvals for minors — check with your local embassy if needed.
Optional Excursions: These may be added for extra cost — booking some in advance is
Land-Only Option: Prefer to join at the destination? Save up to 35% on the tour fee — but sign up early. recommended.
Late Sign-Ups: Enrollments close to departure may require extra fees and availability isn’t
guaranteed.
Travel Protection: Strongly recommended for delays, cancellations, and added peace of mind.
