This website, including all its pages (hereinafter “Website”), belongs to KOA EXPERIENCE, through which users or customers (hereinafter “User” or “Users”) may access various information and services related to travel and tourism.
Access to this Website is subject to these General Terms of Use (hereinafter “General Terms”) in the version published and in force at the time the User accesses the Website. Therefore, it is mandatory that the User carefully reads the General Terms before using the Website, as well as any specific conditions that may supplement, modify, or replace them for particular services and content, since they may have changed since the last visit.
The User declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to acquire the services offered through the Website.
Access to the Website is prohibited for Users residing in jurisdictions where its content is not authorized.
1. Contracting Services Through the Website

Given the decentralized legislative framework that affects travel agencies, the General Terms may be subject to various jurisdictions. Therefore, if any clause is declared null or void, the validity of the remaining terms shall not be affected.
The invalid clause shall be replaced or interpreted in a legally acceptable manner, closest in meaning to what would have been agreed had the parties known of the invalidity.

7. Enforceability
Failure by KOA EXPERIENCE to enforce any condition at any given time does not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce it later.
